DeMone Monuments is a highly respected manufacturer of granite monuments and related stone products serving the Atlantic Canadian marketplace.
The purpose of this project was to assist the company in the modernization of their business processes as it relates to sales, order processing, scheduling, production, and management information.
The core objective was to aggregate current manual processes into a bespoke software application designed to improve organizational efficiencies, order and manufacturing workflow, and customer relationship management. Collectively to improve the firm’s competitive advantage to support business growth within the Region.
We collaborated with the DeMone Monuments team to map existing organizational workflows and model the data collection requirements. A web-based application was then designed and developed to support various staff roles for securely managing users, offices, commissions, customers, orders, designs, work orders, and locations.
The Django, Python-based web framework was utilized for the project.
